Intelligent Building Management System
(I-BMS)

BMS refer to systems used to control and automate many of the functions associated with building management. The “I” part of I-BMS is intelligent, representing a new level of complexity that BMS can’t achieve. While BMS could turn on the air-conditioning and light and preset schedule, IBMS can use more complex logic to achieve more granular controls. IBMS can turn on the air-conditioning when the specific individual comes into the premises, then automatically adjust the temperature and brightness based on individual preferences and the surrounding environment. 

Furthermore, I-BMS is not only the extension of BMS but also integrates multiple systems, such as asset/resource management, maintenance management, space management and IOT protocol, into one platform.
